I have lived at Hilltop Bayview for almost a year. Generally speaking it is a good place to live. When I moved in to my apartment, I found it to be in good condition. The carpets were cleaned thoroughly and all of the appliances were in good condition with the exception of the dishwasher that maintenance fixed quickly after the move in. I have found that the management and personnel here are helpful and they have taken all of my concerns and handled them in a timely manner. I havent had any "run-ins" with any bothersome tennants and except for one occassion I feel that everyone in my building respects the noise curfew around 10 pm. I love the proximity to the shopping and to the freeway.

The one negative about the complex is the parking situation. Every apartment is alotted one stall but there doesnt seem to be enough open parking.

I would recommend living at Hilltop Bayview.
