I would not recommend this place to anyone. My friends and I thought this was the perfect place for us but we thought wrong.

No courtesy whatsoever, especially the maintenance. We had a problem with our washer and wanted it fixed. The guy who came in to check it said it needed to be replaced and we had to call the office. I did that and the maintenance manager did not believe me so she sent someone else and guess what, same result. It took a couple of months and they still haven't done anything so I cancelled the service. Then they entered our apartment to take the washer & dryer without even notifying us first and left a mess!

I just got a notice that they need to paint the door of my apartment and they said the door needs to be open for two hours! What the hell' They would not even work with you to schedule a preferable time so that it's suitable for both parties. Where's the courtesy' respect' privacy' They have access to your apartment whenever they choose to do so.

I've already written up a letter and will be giving it to them today.

Bottom line, we're not renewing our lease and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Sure they're nice apartments, but I'd rather live where I feel comfortable. By the way, the security sucks. They let anyone in.
