I've lived at the complex for 2 years now and I was getting ready to look for another place when the property was sold. New management and new security came in and at first I thought that it wouldn't make a difference but I was pleasantly surprised.

Security actually responds when I call them and they're enforcing the rules. I actually saw them towing cars the other day. I don't see all of the pieces of junk taking up parking spaces anymore and anytime I've called them they've resolved the matter and been very nice.

Management is still getting settled, but I know that my requests won't "slip through the cracks anymore." I wish they would hire more people or something but they've already started cleaning up the place.

It's actually become a decent place to live now. I know it's Richmond, but I hated the old manager because he would just let anyone live here.

They told me that they have alot of plans, but what I've seen so far has made me reconsider moving.
