Ive lived here at these apartments for 3 years now. Before when they were called hilltop bayview. Couple issues i have with them since they we bought and switched to bella vista

1) they promised all this upgrades to the houses yet im using a dishwasher that looks like its a prototype with a matching microwave and stove.

2) the only upgrade ive seen is the lights in teh bathrooms, laundry room and entry way..yay now i cant see cause they are low wattage energy efficient.

3) parking sucks 2 cars per unit. so i hope you dont have 3 people and all have different jobs so you all have your own cars.

4) Security does nothing but drive around, i called them on a neighbor one day and they said they cant do anything call the cops.

5) tires on my car and several others got slashed

6) you pay for all utillities, pge, water, garbage, sewer. For some reason PGE seems to be really high. Water is allocated by usage of the building not by how much you actually use.

7) so called security gates are small peices of wood that get broken all the time, and half the time if you need to be buzzed in, dont let it be at night cause the screen on the call box doesnt work half the time, and security isnt at the desk so they cant help you.

8) they dont want anything on the balcony but chairs.

last time i checked there were 2 registered sex offenders staying here as well.

Hmmmmmm, although I love living here I do have to agree that the security gaurds SUCK especially the women. It does seem like all they do is drive around in their little golf carts. And it's really weird that the flimsy wood security gates are always broken. I mean, there's a security gaurd sitting there 24 hours a day. You'd think they would have figured out whose been breaking the gates every week... The apartments are beautiful though and I have my very own beautiful laundry room!

EVEN THOUGH WERE ALLOWED 2 CARS YOU STILL ONLY GET ONE PARKING AND GOODLUCK WITH THE OTHER ONE. THEY DON'T REALLY REGULATE THEIR PARKING RULES BECAUSE SOME CARS DON'T MOVE FOR MONTHS AND HAVE NO STICKERS THAT INDICATES THEY CAN PARK AT BELLA VISTA. OH, AND BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU PARK, VANDALISM AND THEFT HAPPENS A LOT.

While it's defintely not a plus to have a registered sex offender in the neighborhood, there is nothing they can do legally. You can't discriminate against them, by law. Yeah, I know, it sucks.
