There's nothing but problems with this complex. The employees are rude and don't care about your apartment problems. I had to call several times to complain about repairs before they finally came to fix it, but when it's concerning your rent they want that on time or else you get charged a 5% late fee. The security lets anyone and everyone through the gates...which makes me wonder if this is a safe complex to live in. I was told that security really screens people they let in through the gates. This is false. Please really check into this apartment before you decide to move in. All the amenities they show you and the lingo they use to make you wanna live there is just all false.

Trust me, I agree with you all the way. That is one of the reasons why I was happy to move out. Make matters worse, the day we were moving out, someone happily took our $200 dollar drill and $60 carpet cleaner. Also be careful with sneaky neighbors. Some like to steal your assigned parking spot if you aren't parked.

You know, I think it all depends on which apartment you end up with. Where I lived (apt #3424) was super secluded and quiet. I never heard anything, just birds. I never even saw my neighbors. And I never had a problem with mildew, everything always smelled nice. The top floor was always really warm for some reason. Maybe it was just my building location but it was the best place I'd ever lived. I liked everything except for the security gaurds, who are completely useless. I honestly don't think they do ANYTHING except for kicking people out of the pools at the end of the night. Oh, and the parking IS horrible. Especially when they are working on the cement and close off whole sections of the parking lot...and even then I lived close to all the extra parking at the end! Maybe you just got a crappy apartment, you should ask move to another apartment! If I hadn't moved to new york I would definitely still be happily living there.
