That's right! There are 1,008 apartments here. This means I have the pleasure of walking a mile up hill to get to my car because we were only assigned one carport for a 2-bedroom, 2 bath unit. At least once a week, I could gaze out the window into the parking area and watch my neighbor move all six of his cars to various open parking spaces. I ask myself, "Why is he renting here if he owns 6 cars'" I know now. He wants to make my life miserable. Our dishwasher leaked for a good two months before they finally replaced it after 3 service calls. I brushed my teeth and used the restroom in the dark for about two weeks because the maintenance team was short-staffed. Incredible. Sure, the gym is nice... 5 pools are a nice touch... even their pet policy is ok. HOWEVER, there are just too many people in this joint for this to be an effective environment with proper customer service. Oh Yeah-- I've been here for 13 months and I still dont have my handicap parking spot convieniently located near my unit. I really could report this to the state of CA...

I am also a resident here at Bella Vista. I 100% agree with your posting. If it was up to me i would have never moved here in the first place. They take your rent on time but never expect the repairs to be done in a timely manner. They've lost my work order and told me that they never received a call from me...what liars. The parking is always an issue.

Past resident. When I would leave to run errands during the day, I would find other people parking in my spot (since it was closer to the entrance) or find it blocked by an annoying neighbor, maintenance worker or a delivery truck. I'm sorry about your inconveniences. I understand =(

I had to move myself. The management staff is full of crap. Noisy neighbors and no one seems to do anything about it. They want the rent on time. But, deal with compaints whenever they get ready and it's usually not to your benefit. The constantly lie about resolutions. I never had guests because they would never have anywhere to park unless I moved my car to any open space so my guests would have to walk a mile to get my unit. I enjoyed my unit, but, the parking situation and management I have sworn off living in another large complex.

Wow!!! We have been heremore than 3 years, so far we always had positive interactions with office and maintenance. We have lived in non-luxury before and we certainly know the difference. No regrets here, we're happy campers!Just sharing.....
