I moved here in September 08. I wish I had the chance to review some comments before signing a one year lease but I was in a rush due to having to move at the last minute...but anyways to begin with when you go to view these apartments as a new tenant they show you a beautiful display apartment which as no reflection to what the actual apartments look like. They are very outdated in comparison to the one they show you. You may also want to request to see your actual apartment but they will most likely tell you oh its not available but I can show you one similar. All lies the display apartments are much newer and updated. They will also tell you the stairs are not a problem. The stairs were very important to me because I have a one year old. They told me oh she can walk up and down then with out a problem. Another lie there are over twelve very steep stairs that you are going to have to walk up and down due to the construction of the building. The residents manager --------is a complete b**** with a bad attitude. You have to go thru her for most maintenance issues and they are going to take forever. -------is the rep. who showed me the apartment and lied about everything. Hope this helps someone and saves them a headache.

gigglemeister again? Renters who have lease violations, and penalties tend to make negative remarks.I chose the apartment I wanted and have no problem with service.Things break, get them fixed. If you are so unhappy, you can always move out.Good luck!
