If you come and see Bella vista apartments I would say just run to opposite direction. Something really bad is going on here. There has been LOTS of break-ins. Seems to me it is inside job. The funny thing is management don't seem to acknowledge that there is even an issue. Please DO NOT rent those apartments unless you liked getting robbed, just go to local police station and ask them about recent criminal activities at Bella Vista, you will know then what am I talking about. I am moving out very soon.

We heard from people we know that the opposite directions have even worst experiences! Go ask the local police station again.We like it here.It is more peaceful than where we have been. Crime happens everywhere, that is why we have renter's insurance. Sorry, I beg to disagree with you.

See you work for Bella vista you shouldn't be writting the review I'll find out from your email address and report it to apartments rating . Com if your apartments are so great then how come the ratings is only 43%? that's somthing to think about instead of attacking the victims you guys shoul pay more attention to fixing the problems

"Anonymous" is obviously is working for, or is a representative of Bella Vista. I would like to know if anyone has experienced hidden surcharges or fees not fully disclosed before signing the lease agreement?
