From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/23/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   I moved here in July. My job requires last minute travel, and thus my rent is not always in on the first of the month. I am used to the threatening eviciton notices spiked to my door. Paying for water, trash and sewage, makes rent $1070, but hey it is the Bay. The complex is decent, the little gates give the illusion of safety. I had to pay an extra months deposit because my credit rating was too low, funny I never had that problem at any other complexes, or with my car loan, credit card applications, department store cards, you get the point. The complex is very clean and very quiet, my parking is designated and close to my door. I guess when you rent you cant expect much more. My advice, if you're starting out, fresh out of school or just started working, it is as good as it is going to get. My last complex I had a gun shoved in my face as my neighbor was being robbed, so it can be worse
