I looked at apartments t Bella Vista and was shown the model. I requested to see the real apartment. Their response was I had to put down a holding fee of 200 dollars and pay the application fee of 30 dollars. I was then to see my apartment two days before moving in. I informed the manager if I didn't like the apartment, I would lose money. She replied , " This is our policy". I thought this was shady. I chose not to lease with them and am glad I didn't. I have visited several apartments and this was the first one which refused to show the true apartment. Thank God I didn't make a mistake by moving there.
