Best Place to Live in the Richmond Area

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2009
I've lived at Bella Vista Apartments for a total of 8 years, 4 years from 1999 to 2003 when it was Hilltop Bayview and from 2005 to 2009. I have recently moved to San Francisco to be closer to work but, was very satisfied during my stay at Bella Vista. The staff are friendly and responsive and the apartments are packed with full amenities. As far as the size of the apartments, they were the largest of all the places I've lived in, including my current apartment. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to live in that area.
