Beware of extremely rude manager and staff, $100 utility bills

Just read the other reviews, except for the one that is clearly written by the manager herself.
This is a really nice place, but the management is very rude and unhelpful.
If you have a maintenance issue they take forever to get it fixed; you have to call them and tell them about it a minimum of three times before they acknowledge that there is a problem, and then you have to walk over to the office to complain that they haven't done anything about it - that's what it takes for them to send the maintenance guys out to fix the problem.
So if you have an emergency like your washer/dryer not working you'll have to go through the headache outlined above.
Save yourself the trouble and find some place where the management is good to the residents.
I forgot to mention, don't think you're getting a good deal if you are getting $100 off your 'market rent' they'll just make it back from you with a $100 utility bill.
Can you believe they charge $50 a month for trash'!

I agree with you as well. Management is a joke, they are not friendly, they are puppets trying to keep their jobs and doing the least amount for the property, and charging us for the empty apartment as far as trash, water and sewer, the less foks are renting the more we pay for the utilities. The devide the utility bill among the tenants that are stuck until their lease is up.

Please write new reviews to demonstrate the abhorrence of residents of this horrible management. Let's make sure the ratings go down and teach the management that it's the residents that control the utility bill, not the management.
