Hi folks,
Untill today,4-21 we thought we could do nothing about our rights to Quiet Enjoyment
concerning a next door neighbor`s smoking habit. The smoke constently comes into our apt. affecting my 17yr old Daughter`s asma.
We moved in several months before the next door neighbor`s did. Please note that the neighbor doesn`t smoke in her house becouse her Husband won`t allow it.We have since found the law concerning this issue and are confident the property Mgmt. team will fix this error. Even through all this Bell Acqua Apts. are a great place to live.
