Great place to live. - very quiet place to live. Minus the empty parkinglot that idiots love to do burnouts in. REGULARLY in the spring and summer. Nice size floorplans. great place for kids no play grounds but you are close to a park. Very clean landscape. Awsome Place! I moved here last march. nice quiet place to live. managers friendly and get my work orders done. washer and dryers on site which is very nice since i dont like going to the rio linda Laundry mat. overall i really like this place. best apartments in rio linda ByFar.

Not what it looks like The place is nice if you make it nice. Car thieves have broken into my car and just about everyone elses car that lives here.they also steal gas very frequently. The manager looks like a drug addict and is very rude. There is no groundskeeper. Trash builds up everywhere.

Great Place to live! My son and I have lived in the Elkhorn Village apartments now for 4 months. We Love it! The apartments are large inside. The tenants are all quiet and respectfull to others. It is a great place to live and call home. If you are looking for somehting in Rio Linda this is it.
