I see the manager always outside cleaning and watering the grounds, the pool area is fantastic, and they have done alot around the grounds with new plants and trees. Old but nice - No place that we have lived is perfect and Park Village is older but we love it here. We have a new manager and she is nice but we miss Eddie. He was so nice. We have nice areas for the kids to play and everyone knows each other and we have community parties. The grass is green and mowed regularly.
