Archstone Overall review - When I first moved into the Archstone apartments I was so excited and felt that it was already my home. However, the first year I definitely noticed things I was uncomfortable with. The gates were never closed my boyfriend s car was broken into and all the equipment stolen, and my air conditioner was loud enough for you to wake you up out of you sleep. The management did not seem to care ...Full review of Archstone Riverside

I wish I could recommend this place, but I can't. - At first, Casa Sierra seems like a lovely place to live. They have nice landscaping and the management is very kind, but the beauty stops there. The walls, floors, and ceilings in these apartments might as well not even be there. We live in a downstairs apartment and we constantly hear all the noise of the tenants above us. It's so poorly insulated that we can hear the actual ...Full review of Casa Sierra Apartments

Okay place. Good if you are on a tight budget - This complex is fairly cheap. Rent is about $1000 for 2br right now - good for people on a tight budget. I have lived here for more than 4 years now. They used to have one nasty drug-addict manager from hell, but now she is thankfully gone. The current office staff actually are very efficient, polite and friendly. This place is very close to the University campus and thus very popular ...Full review of University Hills

Getting Better - So I have lived at Highlander Pointe just under a year now, and I have to say that it is under new management. The new manager, seems to know what she is doing. There was a little disorginization in the beginning, however they have improved in the following areas. The water issues seem to be resolved for the most part, though they let us know in adavance when possible. They also ...Full review of Highlander Pointe Apartments

OVER rated!! - I've lived here for two years and it was two years to long! I've had stuff stolen from my property and the front office says they couldn't do anything. The bath tubs get mold the first shower you take! always a problem with the dishwashers. The garden people only clean up in the front near the front office. Me and a friend who have lived here for two years have the same complaints. ...Full review of Castle Rock Apartments
