These apartments are small and very noisy. They were some of the least expensive in town, which is how I neded up there, but I paid a high price from the stress caused by the numerous screaming children, an ice cream truck that constantly plays music and never moves, and neighbors who are loud. There are some particularly awful neighbors (living in houses next to the complex) who have had fires, domestic disturbences, and even brought a police helicopter to the nieghborhood.

Additionally, the manager is never there on time and takes two-hour lunches. They have also started chargning for water and trash pick-up, which was not in my lease.
