I would not recomend these apts to anyone of my reletives or friends. There termite infested, maintnance hardley ever gets done, imagen that with only 1 maintnance man.They get enough money now to hire more, why dont they, they now charge for water and trash which was not in my lease. The trash is always overflowing and smelly, loud kids always screaming outside of my apt. The manager is very rude and never answers the phone. sometimes she's never in the office. I think the ideah of taking away assigned parking is ridiculious, because hard working people who pay as munch as we do, should have a guarenteed spot to park after a long day of work. Even people who been here for years are moving, I feel like they have forced a lot of fees and regulations upon everyone. These aparptments shouldent advertise Welcome Home, because I hardley feel at home anymore. It should be go find another home or pay!!!!
