This place is infested with rats, termites, mice, mold, mildew. The owner is only concerned with money, not repairs. He has only had (1) good management team, and he fired them for doing their job. Code Enforcement, Department of Fair Housing have been called because of the owners business practices and unhealthy living conditions he makes people endure until he gets in trouble for it. These apartments are supposed to be "LUXURY" apartments. They are way over priced and WAY UNDER MAINTAINED!!!!!!!
