HORRIBLE, if your trying to teach somebody a lesson they will never forget, mission accomplished, although i am not sure what the lesson is...don't rent from bad places, i guess...This place is a nightmare, the only thing pleasent about this prison style housing was the maitenance man, but that doesn't make up for the lousy manager and the psycho families living there. your probably a student looking into it because it's cheap...well, lets just say i lived there and i am happily paying a little more for a place thats much better, its just not worth saving a $100 bucks a month. The worst problem of all is that they only give 1 year lease, so sad if you want a 9 month or less lease. They use trickery in their contract where you pay $500 for a "early lease termination" but even if you pay it they will still charge you for the months your not there, and they will purposly go out of their way to make sure that they won't find a tenant to take your property so you will pay the last few months or so. Very shady, management constantly spies and leaves threatening messages (usually for nothing but something that could've happened but she is not sure of, or a kid sitting on the steps even though its not yours...she is INSANE!), the only thing enjoyable about this place was that it was cheaper than most apt complexes, AND THATS IT!
