I have lived here for several years, been thru a few managers, they have all been very helpful in making sure tenants were happy and repairs done in a quick manner, the current manager is very much lacking that ability, there are repairs that have needed to be addresses for over a year and have not been done, when some repairs are completed, it can take 6-8 weeks to get anything done. I had to wait 6 1/2 weeks for my range and my oven to be replaced with Thanksgiving and Christmas within that time frame, now my air conditioner is out and fear that I will be waiting the same amount of time for a new one, It is mid July, and 120 degrees in my apartment, and has been for 6 days so far.
