I read some of the reviews and can't believe they are talking about the same place. The manager we have has been there over a year and the place always looks great.
The gates have always worked well, if they have a hiccup they call and have them repaired within 24 hours. Our 2 bedroom is almost 1,000 square feet with 27 linear feet of closets! The only downside is one covered parking per unit, but it's like daytime it's so well lighted at night. The grounds are electronic gated, but they did away with keys and that did away with people breaking the locks, they give us a code to enter, so our friends we give our code to can pop on in. I constantly see them installing new carpet, and they have real businesses replacing appliances, plumbing, and an outside firm doing repairs. 2 bedroom with 18 cu frost free fridge at no extra charge and we are paying just $900.
