It's a very nice place, but used to be nicer.

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004
Here are some areas management could stand to improve.
-- Lighting in common areas is often inoperable. (front gate, tennis courts, some stairwells)
-- Late work-night "partying" neighbors... Kick these folks out and screen new applicants better.
-- Poor water drainage, especially carports.
-- Re-instate office policy of signing for tenant FedX/UPS etc packages. If overrun, instill a time limit (i.e. held on behalf of tenant for up to 7 days then returned to sender, or something like that.)
-- Parking for guests or 2nd car is virtually impossible. There should be 1 or 2 "loading" parking spots by main walkways where residents can pull up for 15 min /- to load/unload groceries etc., then pull back to their assigned spots.
-- A fitness center would be a nice amenity addition, but where would one put it'
