i love the new management they are so helpfull and always on top of everything... i was looking for a home and was looking for something fast, i called archstone riverside and i was able to move in the next day they are so awesome and that guy RENE is so HOTT, oh and did i mention he lives on SITE!!!

If this is the Ghetto? why are you still here? oooh wait maybe because you dont have a job that pays enough moneya nd you cant afford to live anywhere else... for someone who has lived here for "2 Years" you sure seem to like it.. i have been living here for 1 year and ive never had any issues it must be that you might jsut be one of the ones that like to complain about everything that has nothing to do.. how about you start reporting it and do something good for your comunnity and be a good neighbor rather then calling people names... and of corse you would post anonymously because you are to affraid for any one to know who you are.... Lol Little Do You Know, I SPeak Facts, And You Speak Anonomyous, You DOnt Know Me Or Know How Much I Make and you still judge me, You Obviously are trying to take subject off Apartments, And I Was 22 At The Time, So If A Kid Lives There, WHy Are You? Shouldnt You Be Provoding A Home For Your Family, This Is A Rental WIth No Yard, Wild Cats Everywhere, Cigarette Butts All In Pool And Around Spa,And What I Say About Kids Ditching, And Keying Cars Has All Been Reported Dummy, You Obviously Were offended by The Choiche Of Words I Choose, Well Hey If Thats Luxury to You So Be It MIke Lopez,Lol, I Have Higher Expectations For MY FaMilia, And We Have 3 Bedroom 2 Bath 2 Car Garage And Huge Yard With Animals, Cnat Have That In A Rental, All In All Readers(Back To Subject) I Have Moved, i even broke my lease to get out of there 2 months early. I now have been living in my house which im buying and payments are cheaper than i payed at apt, All Im Saying Is Do Your Homework, Walk The Apt On Your Own Possibly In evening when Office is closed, so you can see for yourself,(Arguing Neigbors, Partys In Pool, Alot Of Kids And There Parents And Grandmas And Aunts Uncles Park In Vistors Parking And Use The Pool, They Are nOT eVEN rESIDENTS, Its True There Is Cat ---- Every where, And Lots Of Ditchers, Stolen Vehicles and Keyed Cars, I even had my lil Daughters Bike Stolen Off Balcony,(all Reported To Police) Can Get Info On Crime From Police Dept,Mike Lopez!!!!! I Speak Facts, And Have Lived In Riverside All My Life Just Do Your Own Research Dont Take My Word Or Mikes!!! Have To Live There To Realize It... Oh Yeah Its Summertime, Good Luck Getting Your 1ton Air Conditioner To Cool Down Apt. over a year ago there was a line outside office of complaing residents on air conditioners, over 98degrees in apt. they gave resideints temporarly blowers for apt... Lol and even the new unit they gave me 1.5 ton still didnt work,, we would have to leave air on constanly all day to maintain 80 degrees... And Now They Charge Water Trash And Sewage, Lol In 15 years they never charged that!!! suppose to be included in the rent!!!And My Apartment Had Faulty Cale Wire Which Cable Company Charged me for! All Im Saying Is Be careful No Matter Where You Move, Look For The Little Things We tend to over look, And The Comment about The Managers Being A -----, Its True, She Tends To Favor Over Others And When Main MAnager Is Around She Acts Different, Hint: I Lived over 2 years and they went through 4 managers!!! Whats That Tell You, Irene Was A --- Guy That Hung At V.I.P By The Plaza and whould talk alot of ---- on that apt, Said The Ones In SD where way nicer, Cmon They COnverted Ambergates-Archstone. LOL. Thats Like Turning My Pinto Into A Limo...
