The management at this property is the worst so called "managers" I have had to deal with. These managers are out to screw you over with money. Do not expect to get your deposit back once you move out of the apartments!!!! The management team acts like they pay your bills in order for you to live there. The assistant manager of the property is a b**ch. She always tries to look good for the property manager when she screws up! If you are planning to live at Archstone Riverside, be prepared to smell cat poop everyday when you wake up and leave your apartment. There is no control over where the cats can ----. Trust do not move in!!! Before I moved in I saw the ratings and thought the comments were not true but now that I live there for a whole year, I know that every comment was true!
