Where to start...

Neighbors- if you like people partying till 5am not just on weekends but during the week; then move here. If you like watching young kids smoke weed in the parking lot; then move here. There are (not just homeless people) tenants that go dumpster diving, they actually watch and wait for you to throw your trash away. Our neighbors were always taking our parking because they would allow the guys who were coming to pick up their drugs park there. When we first moved in, the area was nice but management is looking at quantity ($$$ signs) and not the quality of people and questionable tenanats are moving in.

Management- They said we have new management....where' We went without a/c for a month, our water heater broke and went without hot water for a week.....as a matter of fact still waiting for the manager to call me back; it's been about 6 months. The assistant manager --------is the worst! Everything thing with her is a hassle, she will tell you NO before she even knows what you have to say. I can go on and on about her fake professionalism, but all I am gonna say is if you see her wait until someone else is in the office, it'll make your life easier. On the hand, the one saving grace they have in the office is -------; she is great! No matter what Valecia, the assistant manager, says about her. Oh yeah, --------- ass manager likes to trash her co-workers to make herself seem knowledgable...when they should get rid of her and make a lot of people happy.

Don't do it; the rent is cheap....but you get what you pay for!

Everything This Person Says Is So True, But Rent Being Cheap? Wow I Pay Less In My Newer Home With Newer Appliances, Wow Im Curious, I Had Biggest Floor Plan 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Washer & Dryer Hook Ups, Paid 1245... Whats Yu Pay???
