First of all, this is a community of WORKING people, maybe it wasn't like that before. With that said, when I moved in it seemed like the property was going thru a big transition of ownership and/or management companies. Also, I found out the property name had recently been changed. There were always improvements going on: new playground equipment, the clay tennis court refreshed with filling for the lines and new paint, parking lot repavement, new trees and shrubs planted, new water heaters installed, low flow toilets and shower heads. You name it I got it, whether I needed it or not. New entry door handles..paint on outdoor utility closets...water heater earthquake straps it seemed like every week the was a different reason to enter my apartment..and honestly it was annoying but now that its done I know that the management company cares and wants to EARN my rental dollars. I work hard, pay my rent on time, and I expect them to deliver - and they do!

My apartment was clean and fresh and maintenance has been on top of everything. I'm a very picky person and recently sold my home. I wanted the best of the best and these apartments felt more like a HOME...I have laundry hook ups, a beautiful patio, vaulted ceilings, icy cold central air and I love my apartment! There are huge shade trees right outside my bedroom window and Saturday and Sunday mornings its very quiet.

I can tell you honestly I've experience NONE of the things the others have complained about. If you were MY friend - I would tell you to drive thru the community randomly..days, nights and weekends and you'll see for YOURSELF - that's what I did. Its close to everything you need: shopping, banks, markets, schools and freeways.
