To whoever wrote the review entitled "watch out", I cannot agree with you more. I lived at this dump for a little over a year. First of all, do not plan on getting any of your deposit back. We kept our apartment clean and they still charged us $85 on top of the $425 deposit. Our brand new car was keyed in the parking lot. Our van was towed. And yeah, they need to do something about that gardener-he is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I never felt comfortable getting out of my car when he was in the parking lot because he'd rape me with his eyes. Basically I had a terrible experience living here and it seems like many others have too.
