Bannockburn is a nasty place to live. The walls are very thin, the place is old and nasty. I had mold and plenty of bugs in my apartment. The maitence staff was lazy and would barge into your apt. any time they felt like it. The maitence staff took their sweet ass time fixing things and would always do a half assed job. The place in dingy and no matter you do it always looks dirty. The floor plans are awkard and the place has really poor lighting. Overall the place is place and needs to be bulldozed. The parking sucks there is never enough spaces and you have to pay $300. for a parking permit that is only good from Sept-June. If you live there over summer than you have to another $100. for summer parking. And if you have guest, you can forget amount it! Between all of the commerical buss. in the complex and the regular residents they can not park any where near the apartments with out getting a citation. UCR STUDENTS BEWARE, YOU ARE REALLY NOT SAVING MUCH! my overall my rating is HELL NO!!!
