Three reasons not to move in......

I lived in a studio for 6 months...
REASON #1: On my move in day I was told that they forgot to clean my carpets, I had the option of having them clean my carpets after I moved in our me, my moving truck, & moving team would have to wait 3-4 hours.
REASON #2: Had my upstairs neighbors toilet leak while I was at work. I was notified by the management by phone & I ok'd the main. guy to check out my unit as well. Came home to find my bathroom, vanity area & half of my bedroom covered in toilet water. I called to ask if the main. guy could do a better job & she said yes but he wouldnt be out till the NEXT DAY!! I spent the rest of the evening doing laundry & cleaning up water.
REASON #3: After moving out I recieved a bill for $550 over my security deposit for damages to the apartment, for misc things that were ALL listed on my move in check list as being there prior to me moving in. It took almost 2 months for me to clear it up. Although the problems were clearly stated on my move in check list
