If you move here, I would strongly recommend that you move on the top floor. Our neighbor below us got burglarized, as well as several other people in the same night last week, but they were all on the lower floor. It would be extremely difficult to break into the top floor (it would have to be a very stupid theif), so I feel quite safe here (we are on the top). However, don't leave anything on your front porch, or anything in your garage that you don't want stolen! We had things stolen from both places, but thankfully nothing very valuable (we were stupid and left our garage door open all the time). Other than the safety factor for those living on the bottom floor, it is a very nice place, and I have enjoyed living here for over a year now. The grounds are beautiful, and the inside of our apartment is very clean--no problem with bugs or anything. Just be sure to move on the top floor!
