Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
we have lived here over 6 months and everything has been ok. we moved in the early summer and it was quiet and nice. some college kids who drink too much can make it too loud on more than just weekend nights. the spa is nice. private patios are huge. we left a cheap bike in front of our staircase and of course, after a while it was stolen.
