I have been a resident for over a year. Being somewhat new to the area from H.B. I have met a ton of chill mellow neighbors ranging from students to professionals such as myself. I have left my garage open and trucks unlocked numerous times by accident of course. I travel half of my business time, and my neighbors have actually told me we will watch out for you. The last thing I have seen is theft, fire or murder. Maybe a suspicious looking person every now and again but nothing that would deem me moving. The only thing I can say negatively is that they are painting the buildings a light tan from a dark brown which gave the complex the mistique that blended well into the landscaping which is very serene.
