I moved here in September, and i'm loving it so far! I read the reviews... but haven't had any of those probelms! There's security at a night; the apartments are spacious and the price is great! It's close to UCR, the hauler stops pretty close to the apts. It's also pretty quite considering mostly student's live here. And the best thing by far is the 24hr maintence!! That's definately come in handy!
I've lived in my share of apartments in the area and this is by far the best!

Why would a resident who already lives there from September make it a point to post a review in February and give it a total 5 star rating and have absolutely nothing to say even about a narrow garage? I call it and that is b.s. for a manager or sales team to pull.... no thanks... I won't be renting here. And i even had to set up an account to post that...
