Boulder Creek is a nightmare!!! They lie to take your money, don't believe a word they tell you. Maintenance would leave nails througout the parking lot. I got two flat tires in two different cars. It is not secure at all, I would not let my wife go outside at night by herself, they let what looks like gangsters hang out in the parking lot that do not live in the community. The wall had grafiti on it often and took weeks to get it removed. The pool was promised to be heated and never was. All of this doens't compare to the management. Boulder Creek has the worst management I have ever encountered. Don't give them your money. They came in late, left early, never returned phone calls, and were rude when you finally got through. The manager told me that the best thing to do is to give your 30 day notice early and then if somebody wanted the apartment they would break my lease early for no cost but if nobody wanted it then I would just wait until my lease end date to move out. Big lie. At the end of the 30 day notice she told me I had to move out, turn my keys in, and pay while I wasn't living there or I would be fined. Please stay away from this place, it is run by unhonest people that will tell you anything to get more money.
