I moved into the Boulder Creek Apartments in March of 2007. The pool area is lovely, landscaped and fairly well maintained. The rest of the property, however, is NOT. The garages are very narrow. Getting in and out of your car once in the garage is a nightmare. The walls are SUPER thin. I can literally hear conversations, snoring and even sex from the people in the dwelling next to me. There is a new manager every other day. Office hours constantly change, office staff is very rude, and memos sent out are grammatically incorrect and are straight up lies. You have to call a hotline to get things fixed in your apartment and it takes a long time for a solution to your problem to be granted. I hate living here and cannot wait until it is time for me to leave this hell hole.

If you want to live like a civilized person, don't live here. Try other apartments in Loma Linda..you'll be better off. I HATE LIVING HERE.
