We've lived her for almost a year. We are very ready to move out. The washing machines never work and we lose out on money because of it. Half the gym equipment is broken. If I work late then I have to park on the other side of the complex. If you move in after August 2009 then don't let them put you in P6. The people upstairs are sooooooo noisy, stomping around all the time and they vacuum at like 4am. OH, even if you live in the downstairs apartment you still live upstairs. We moved here because they had a great move in special, but have had regrets ever since. It's a great area because it's near the college so there's a lot to do and all the restaurants are very affordable. There are a ton of other apartments in this area so I recommend checking them out.
