I lived at Boulder Crest for about a year, and I can say that you definately get alot of space in your apartment as compared to others. Other positives are that the maintenance crew is fast to respond to problems and they are very polite. They keep the grounds looking beautiful.

Negatives: The receptionist in the office is very rude and seems unwilling to listen to any concerns you might be having. There are loud college kids that sometimes don't realize others have a typical working schedule. The area is near University and Chicago, which is known for being a criminal playground. The apartments themselves are sort of dirty and have outdated appliances. They also do not allow dogs, so if you want to bring your buddy you're going to have to go elsewhere.
