Lived here 1.5 years now, and love it. I consider myself extremely lucky to have arrived right as an apartment was opening up, because I "fell in love" with the grounds and the apartment immediately...and have not been disappointed since. The grounds are gorgeous, the management is extremely nice and very responsive, the apartments are spacious and, while older, well-kept. I have only been disturbed by occasional noise in the parking lot at odd hours...otherwise it has been very quiet. I understand the neighborhood is not the best, but the apartment complex is gated, and I have not personally experienced or witnessed any criminal activity since moving here. It is just 3-4 blocks from UCR, so the location is excellent for students. I will be sad to move out when I graduate! :(
