Needs work. Outdated but larger sized apartments. No Closets, No Central air, barley working appliances and Loud college "students" who are obviously living off mommy and daddy still.Lots of spider webs and may or may not have a flea problem. The small bites on my arms and my legs say yes. Does not uphold the shut up after ten clause in their lease. Also they make you feel like you are putting them out if you have an issue. Could be alot nicer but they are mainly catering to seasonal college idiots so they keep the bare minimum.Water gets shut off for 7 hours often.

People need to stop whining. i have lived in Riverside for four years and have feel in love with this place. It has a upstairs and a downstairs, large rooms, nice grounds and nice management. Now i will be the first to admit that this place does have older appliance, however the management does not attempt to hide that when you visit or move in. As for this guy, this place is next to a major university of course you are going to have college students living here. If you would have done your reasearch im sure you would have been able to find that out.

I agrea with you, this guy needs to grow up and learn some common sense. COmmon sense would tell him that if you move next to a major univiersity (University of California Riverside) that chances are the apartment complex is going to be filled with college students. Secondly, when you come and look at the place the mangment will be the first one to tell you that the appliance are older, but hey it is a larger apartment complex. This guy just needs to grow up and get some common sense.

I have lived at this complex on and off for almost 15 years...I keep coming back because these apartments are GREAT! They are HUGE and you cant beat the price for this area...yes, the appliances are old, but I guess that is the tradeoff...also, he couldnt be more wrong about the staff..Rod the owner and Joe the maintenece guy are AWESOME! Whenever I have a problem, they come right away(and I do mean right away..I have to make sure my apartment is straightened up before I call them, their response time is so quick!) They really do care about their tenants.
