I've lived at Boulder Crest for a little over four years and when I first moved in I loved the apartments (huge) and all the staff working there. I befriended the owner and the maintenance guy and they seemed like good people. Over the past couple of years things have really went downhill due to many vacant apartments. The owner was ready to sell, but I figure since he hasn't yet, that no one will buy the place. The apartments desprately need a lot of work and when something goes wrong they fix it the cheapest and quickest way possible just to move on to the next thing. The owner is only onsite Tuesday though Thursday so I hope you don't have any questions. As for the office, it used to be great, but then the gal got very sick and they had to replace her with someone else who comes and goes as she pleases. I NEVER see the office door open and when calling have never actually talked to a person. Overall the price is pretty much unbeatable for the area (I've looked) and they are very spacious including the patio/yard, but there is no central air and the air conditioning units are old and barely work, the kitchen has 70's yellow appliances, the carpet is ugly, and the floors in the kitchen and bathrooms are dirty peeling linoleum. Not to mention the crappy paint job they do when people move out. I have found globs of hair pained onto the walls several times...disgusting!
