I live there with my small family and it is absolutly perfect. The maintence guy Joe is awesome at what he does.. everything gets fixed never left broken, Rod is a great guy that build relationships with tentants. The grounds are beautiful, tons of trees, pond, clean large pool! Not one bad think to say.. Bedrooms are large, would help if there was more storage but everything is very nice inside. I highly recommend it.
