It used to be nice for the money

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
When I first moved in the rent was considerably less than those in the area. Since then, they have raised rent, my car was stolen, and nothing has been imporved. Not a bad place to live, but they need to work on improvemenst and parking.
