Years at this apartment: 1991 - 1998
 
Used to be good place to live. The whole place is one giant forest with apts. and condos on terraces. Profs. at UCR abounded here once apon a time, but there?s been a noticable decline in the quality of renters since the mid ?90s. Grounds aren?t kept up as well and trash piles up on the roadways too much. Lazy maintenance and trashy people are ruining this once desirable living area.
