My husband and I have lived here for almost two years now and we LOVE it! It's beautiful and HUGE and a great deal (for the 1bdroom). There are a lot of bugs (but I have never had a problem with them inside) due to the trees...which is *so* worth it. The staff has always been VERY friendly and goes out of their way to be helpful, it was JUST (as of today) bought out so we'll see if that changes...But overall it's just perfect. Great layout (feels like a house), all my friends have ended up trying to move here too! ;) Maintenance is great with emergencies but s-l-o-w for other stuff. ::shurg:: Seems a small price to pay.

NO! I can't wait to get out!! They changed management and raised my rent from $850 to $1135...and for what!? I have a one bedroom which has a shower only (NO BATHTUB), no washer or dryer, no fireplace, NOTHING. I can't wait to get the HELL out!
