I've lived here for a few years now and came home from a hard days work to find a note with a $350 increase in rent. I don't see why they increased the rent so much when they have so few ammenities. It seems like a peaceful, serene, place where you can relax. Wrong, the workers are always coming thru with their blowers right in next to your window. Not to mention the water mysteriously gets turned off every now and then. If you need to wash your clothes you must do it in the laundry facility, they have no hook-ups in the apartments.The apartments have been taken over by new management and are not very friendly. I would not reccomend living here.
