I loved this apartment. It was pretty landscape surrounded by a lot of trees and the management was nice. They were friendly and maintained this place so nice. After new management came, this place has changed. They don t maintain well, so lawn is ugly, you see mushrooms and dried plants on it. It never happened before. This apartment is not Crime Free Multi-Housing any more and new tenants are partying, screaming, having dogs without leash, and leaving the doggie s poop on the street. A lot of nice old tenants are moving out. New management increased the rent 30%! I m tired of this place.
