If you are a female please take caution and do not live here! I lived at these apartments for 2 years and it was very scary. The landscape was beautiful and what attracted me in the first place. But soon I heard several horror stories from women around the complex. Then one night a guy was trying to break into my bedroom window! Thank goodness I woke up and heard him and immediately called the cops! The place is nice during the day but at night is much too dark and scary. And there are apparently some very dangerous and questionable residents. Please be careful and do not move in!

On another note: not a good place if you own cats or small dogs. Several pets a year get eaten by coyotes or mysteriously disappear! You have no idea though until it happens to your pet.

I LOVE THIS PROPERTY...I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 5 YEARS AND HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS...THEY HAVE DRUG FREE AND CRIME FREE ON THE PROPERTY..THE STAFF IS GREAT VERY NICE AND HELPFUL...IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET IN BECAUSE OF A WAITING LIST...

THIS PROPERTY IS FULL OF CRIMINALS...INCLUDING SEX OFFENDERS. THE OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE AND THE MAINTENCE GUYS ENTER YOUR APARTMENT WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. AND WAITING LIST PLEASE....RESIDENTS ARE PACKING UP AND MOVING FAR FROM THIS COMMUNITY!!!!!DON'T MOVE TO THIS COMMUNITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've never heard of crimes or break ins. But in regards to the staff... they need a lot of work. They are quite rude at times, and have no idea what is going on. They lack communication... and therefore things get swept under the carpet. Hopefully they get their act together soon. In regards to a waiting list, I don't believe that. People move in and out all the time. And it was not hard for me to get my place. I saw an ad, came down and got the apartment that day. I think they make a bigger "to do" about how hard it is to get into. You can look around at some of the people who live here, and know that it is not hard nor are they picky about their residents.
