I'v read the other reviews and I must say that there has been some issues in the past with new management taking over about two years ago. I've lived here for seceral years and I have seen a change.....for the BETTER! One of the reasons I choose to live here it's quiet and the enviornment is unlike any other in Riverside. The office staff are extremly nice and the maintenance staff go out of there way to help you. I think most of the complaints might be a personal reason against the community or management. To each it's own. One thing people seem to forget....this is APARTMENT LIVING. If you want peace & quiet then get a house. I plan on staying here until I can afford a house of my own. Overall, I like Canyon Creek and have referred a few co-workers here. If you try to shop around ypu will find yourself coming back to Canyon Creek.

I was one of the complainers, and I must say that I agree that things have gotten MUCH better. The new staff has its act together, and everyone who works on the premises seems to be improving the place.
