	Management is awful, nothing can be fixed correctly the first time. It's cheap for a reason.

	i moved in in 1997 the place was pretty decent, mainly college students and working class singles manager at the time was very professional...then in 1998 we got a new manager who liked lounging around the pool all day instead ... more

	Manager very accomidating, if you pay your rent on time and keep the noise down. Neighbors keep to themselves and typically a very quiet community of working folks. A couple sets of noisy kids lived there who had the habit ... more
